Your tasks will involve:

Finance Compliance:

• Responsible for Compliance Champion support: monthly reports preparation and monitoring controls together with CC;
• Implementation and testing of MMT (Management monitoring tool);
• Collection of the confirmations and documents. Controls tracker update;
• Quarterly review of Controls execution tracker with FD.

Closing:

• Participation in Actuals month / quarter / year end closure process for OPEX analysis;
• Monitoring, evaluating and reporting performance against budgets for OPEX. Deliver critical overview for SG&A reports for all BU PL’s suggesting recommendations and mitigating actions;
• Download and provide the valuable comments for BU PL’s.

Planning:

• Planning: Annual Budget / Update process support;
• Gross Profit and SG&A templates preparation. Access rights checking and update;
• Suggestions for improvement of current templates and reports.

Other requests:

• Support Team Site on SharePoint: ensure that presentations, monthly reports, access rights are provided in accurate and timely manner;
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations according to various GSK Organization needs and requests;
• Share best practice with peers, propose improvements to systems/process;
• Work closely with regional Finance colleagues;
• Involvement in Project management.

Role Requirements:

• Role requires Upper-Intermediate English (both verbal and written);
• Third year at University (Bachelor`s degree) or 1st year of Master`s Degree;
• Accounting/Finance educational background is preferable, but we are always open for talent regardless of the background;
• High Proficiency in Excel. Excel modelling (Query approach) and Macros knowledge is a strong advantage;
• Critical thinking and high attention to details;
• Strong team player with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills;
• Willingness and ability to work in multinational environment;
• Capable of working in a deadline-oriented environment.
