Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Effective team management, building relationships, finding optimization opportunities with increasing workload;

- Work with the product team and other departments to improve the quality of service;

- Look for ways to make good use of bones and resources;

- Execute ad-hoc analyses and research to initiate quick wins and long-term solutions;

- Department's budget planning and control of expenses, developing and maintaining of

financial models for meeting business KPIs and financial targets;

- Build the automated analytical and visualization tools;

- Analyze and highlight daily/weekly/quarterly performance to the Customer Experience team using data from various sources;

- Collaborate with senior executives to support their decisions with data-driven approach;

- Support product team with data on requests and features performance.

- Higher education/Business degree;

- 5+ years’ managerial experience in technology companies;

- Experience in managing large teams, including managing managers;

- Hires and retains A Players. Coaches people to improve performance and prepares them for further roles;

- Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written

communication, and conflict resolution skills;

- Fluent English;

- Good knowledge Python (pandas, numpy, list comprehension, lambda);

- Experience in Marketplace management in ride-hailing platforms will be advantage.
