Product Manager в Adidas

Responsibilities:

Lead Badge of Sport Lifestyle Apparel and Accessories in CIS through strategic business planning in line with the adidas brand strategy
Drive categories efficiency & implement KPIs:
Net Sales, Standard Margin%, Standard Margin Abs, across all distribution channels: Concept Stores, eCom, Wholesale clients
Represent commercial & product needs from the idea to local Board of Directors and Global Headquarters based on seasonal performance analysis, business needs & strategic necessity
Cross functional and cross department collaboration and project management
Create, Align and Manage local GTM calendars, events, activations based on global guidelines/local market needs, with a clear focus on brand and Share of Search growth among consumers
Lead the range selection process and actively contribute to higher range efficiency
Analyze, prepare and lead seasonal product inputs with global team pointing out specific business risks and opportunities
Implement global and local best practices to ensure business process efficiency
Close collaboration with Brand communications team to deliver a solid communication strategy
Lead a team of two specialists with a focus on high employee engagement at every level through effective motivation, coaching, training and development of people

Requirements:

Bachelor in related field required
5-6 years work experience in marketing (international companies is a plus)
Strong analytical skills and storytelling, collaboration, people leadership and strategic thinking
Experience in Fashion or Sports industry is a plus
Advanced Excel user
Advanced English
