Legal Counsel в Sandoz

Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Providing legal advice on different issues, support for marketing, procurement, P&O and other departments in every day duties connected with legal issues for Russia
• Manage day-to-day legal operations in close cooperation with Business Lines
• Actively participate in the preparation, negotiation, implementation and enforcement of all relevant contracts, legal processes and procedures
• Support of Projects from legal prospective

You would be a good match for this role, if you have:

• Higher legal education (Specialist/Master degree at least)
• Extensive experience in legal practice (minimum 2-3 years of legal experience, preferably as in-house legal counsel)
• Ability to prioritize, handle multiple matters simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, using good judgment, initiative, planning and follow-through
• Fluency in English
