Main tasks

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer strategies and identify the opportunity areas for brand development on customer and national level
• Lead category vision projects to grow category with the customer, including assortment analysis, planograms preparation
• Ensure excellent execution of new launches, including:
• Creation of trade presentations generic and customized
• Supporting sales organization in preparing argumentation & category analysis
• Monitor and evaluate launch performance (listings, WD, off-takes)
• Development & execution of POSM
• Lead trial programs development (sampling, cashback)
• Deep dive in category insights based on shopper & consumer researches, share the learning & insights with sales team
• Plan and monitor A&P budget based on priorities and business needs
• Support shopper marketing team in tailor-made promos preparation, make sure promo activations drive category growth covering all touchpoints in shopper journey
• Review & update Must SKU list based on contribution on article & customer level and brand priorities
• Develop clear category activation guidelines according to priorities, participate in promo guidelines creation & implementation

Key competencies

• Higher education
• At least 3 years of trade marketing/category management background
• English – Upper-Intermediate
• Advanced PC & software skills required (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with Nielsen Answers and Spaceman
• Knowledge and understanding of consumer panel, BHT, Nielsen and other off-takes data
• Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills
• Ability to work in matrix and cooperate with many stakeholders
• Ability to drive processes, deliver the result and change current set-up
• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to see the whole picture
