Product manager в Schneider Electric

Responsibilities

Provide product leadership from marketing mix management to commercial negotiations. Drive and leverage company resources to meet product sales and gross margin objectives.

Price management and gross margin follow-up
Proactive sales support

- Training and consultation of sales team and project execution department

- Participation in fairs, customer events and seminars

- Management of product sales tools (reference lists, presentations, booklets etc)

- Management of master data in SAP

Prepare and follow action plan to grow sales of the product portfolio.
Creation and update of product documentation (product catalogues, instructions, standard design projects)
Analysis of market and competition
Effective and instant cooperation with other SE functions

- factories and supply chain (forecasting, lead time improvement, stock management, quality)

- global functions (global offer manager, business developers, R&D)

- MarCom (marketing assets, customer events)

- service department (case by case)

Requirements / Qualifications:

Master’s in electrical engineering (preferably Electrical supply of industrial sites / cities, Electrical devices and machines)
English (intermediate level)
Understanding of product marketing function (additional education or professional background is advantage)
2 years of experience in electrical distribution: design institute, vendor or supplier of equipment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including presentation)
Master of Excel for data analysis, basic level of 2D AutoCAD
Ability to focus on priorities and manage multitasking
