Responsibilities

The candidate should be a proven problem solver, someone who enjoys and embraces the variety of tasks a role like this provides:

• Understand complex regulatory requirements and define specifications that meet them
• Understand and explain requirements and solutions from both technical and business functional point of view
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams dealing with issues as they arise
• Take active role in team work planning and reporting activities
• Support implementation of functional enhancements, change requests and bug fixes
• Support functional and regression testing processes

Skills

Must have

• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably within investment banking / risk management domain
• Good knowledge of SQL, awareness of Big Data technology stack
• Strong ability to take responsibility for a project work stream and work proactively towards implementation
• Good interpersonal skills, able communicator and team player, highly autonomous
• Clear written communication skills when documenting processes and features and communicating via e-mail
• Outstanding problem solving skills
• Comfortable working in an Agile environment
