Commercial Excellence Specialist в BASF
Key Operational and Administrative Duties
- Cross functional collaboration (Marketing, Controlling, Credit Management)
- Continuously support to challenge the status quo of GTM approach for different segment groups (distributor and farmer): and develop implementation plans (Sales excellence) towards desired GTM
- Support Development of Commercial Policy and Customer Segmentation, Insure Sales Effectiveness measurement: development and execution of sales effectiveness program including improvement measurements (eg. Discount and Rebates, distributor and farmer coverage, route planning etc.)
- Price analysis using open available sources
- Definition of documentation for sales activities blueprints (eg. Contracts, Addendums)
- Develop Financial instruments, integration in to Sales Process and Commercial policy
- Development of Commercial actions, Measurement of effectiveness and efficiency and related action plans of improvement
- Benchmarking with internal and external practices
- Analytical support of allocation of customer base per sales rep, Market Developer and KAM
- Data collection and systemizing on target values achievement across regions
- Support of implementation of Sales process policies and guidelines
Requirements
Education:
- University Degree (Business, Economy, Marketing) or other related discipline
- Proficiency in English both written and spoken
- Professional level of computer literacy
