Whenever you are connecting to a network drive via SyncBack, you may then receive an error message that basically says:

Multiple connections to a server or shared resource by the same user, via more than one user name, are not allowed actually. Disconnect all of the previous connections to the server or shared resource and then try again

tap on “OK” yielded another error.

The network folder specified is currently mapped via a different user name and password as well. In order to connect using a different user name and password, first disconnect any of the existing mappings to this network share.
