User Agreement

General conditions of use

• A prerequisite for entering into this agreement is full and unconditional acceptance and compliance by the user with the requirements and provisions of this agreement.
• The shop is entitled to set limits and impose other technical restrictions of use, which will be communicated to users from time to time in a form and manner of the shop's choice.

User warranties

• Each item implies a different warranty service, including its availability. Up-to-date information can be viewed on the product page.
• The warranty period starts from the moment of purchase in the shop.
• The decision to return is made in each situation individually.

Notifications

• The shop has the right to notify users using mentions or mailing in DM

Other terms and conditions

• In case of fraud and other suspicious actions on the part of the user, the shop has the right to
• Suspend the account and request information from the user on these actions
• Zero the user's balance
• Terminate the agreement unilaterally and prohibit the user from accessing the shop.

Feedback and processing of requests:

1. Appeals to tech support are accepted only in the following form

• All communications between the user and the shop related to this issue.
2. Response time is 24-72 hours from the moment of contact.
