Почнуть з того, що візьмуть вас без технічної співбесіди і запропонують 80% від тієї зарплатні, що ви очікували. Обіцяють офіс в центрі і житло.
Жити будете з господаркою в одній квартирі. За житло ще знизять зарплатню.
Один із найнятих поставив відмітку на сайті, через яких він знайшов роботу. Отримав скандал, бо тепер вони були винні по-чесному сплатити сайту за найманого працівника.
Зарплатня в конверті. Перша виплата нараховується (не сплачується) через місяць від початку роботи. А виплатити обіцяють через місяць після нарахування, але після дощика в четвер. І коли в них гроші будуть. Виплатять вам трохи, щоб ви продовжували як дурні працювати і не пішли шукати роботу. Якщо вас знайдуть у рекрутингових об’явах, чекайте на утиски. І так будуть у вас у постійному боргу за два місяці, а ви у постійній надії і перевтомлений, щоб не шукати щось краще.
Тричі в день чекінг, що ви зробили до 12 до 15 до 19.
Робочій день 10 годин — 30 хв обід. Штрафи за все.
Ніяких Різдва, Паски, чи інших вихідних країни, тільки субота неділя вихідний.
Ніяких «печеньок». Воду заказують, але не завжди. При переїзді програмісти носили додолу меблі, грузили їх на машину і носили на поверх.
Наміри про звільнення треба повідомити за місяць.
І так я проробив місяц лютий. Отримав 3 000 грн. В день, коли був власник, його дочекався бувший програміст, хапав за шкирку і кричав: «де моя зарплата?»
Я роздивився, що робиться навкруги і подав у відставку. Досі більше ні копійки. І відповідають, що тепер через коронавірус не можуть заплатити.
Винні мені 850$ мінус 3000 грн з лютого 2020 по сей день. Після мого чергового листа з запитом про виплату боргу, із словами, що я вже маю сумніви щодо їх порядності, я отримав таку відповідь:

We are paying people and bills in Ukraine in a staggered way at the moment because the travel restrictions due to COVID 19 have actually got stricter. The signatory for our bank account in Ukraine is stuck in lockdown in London and cannot travel so this limits the size and number of transactions we can process. Unless he can travel, he cannot authorise a local signatory, but if he could travel he wouldn’t need to. We are using a mixture of company and private accounts to move money as an emergency measure, but because of Ukrainian government regulations on things such as tax avoidance how much we can do this is very limited. With only a limited number of transactions permitted we have to prioritise our payments, and first priority has to be the rents on the flats we lease for the staff and the rent on the offices. There is still a lot of uncertainty at the moment and it is not possible to predict when the banks will let us transfer money, or when any but the most essential payments can be made.
We understand that everyone has money problems at the moment, inflation is increasing and the problems are affecting everyone, but until we can move people and money about again we have to keep trying to do what we can when we can.

Hello Ruprecht, I’m sure they aren’t cheating, it’s just everyone is stuck in the wrong places because of COVID 19 so nothing can happen, Everyone is trying to work, but unless the right person is in the right place to sign documents at the bank then the bank won’t let any money get transferred. In London we aren’t allowed to travel much and nobody can get into Kyiv. I know that some bills had to be paid with personal credit cards last month because the company couldn’t do bank transfers and we can’t do that for everything. Even after everything starts moving again it will take a few weeks to get everything back to normal.

I’m not dealing with that at the moment, all I know is the company has to pay Ukraine from the Ukrainian account and to do that someone has to be there to sign. I sometimes work out numbers when they get sent to me, but nothing has been sent recently, so I don’t know the timetable. Viktoria has been stuck in Lviv, she is supposed to be in Prague, Mr Michael is stuck in West London and he is supposed to be in Kyiv, I was going to be in Germany this week, but I’m also stuck in East London. Our accountant is in West London, so I can’t see him, he is self isolating and I don’t have his home phone number. Until people can move around to be in the right place we can’t give clear answers
