In this role you will support the delivery of the Immediate learning and development strategy, focusing on management development, team development and performance management. With the learning function in the early stages of forming, this is an opportunity to shape the learning & development approach at Immediate for the right candidate who can hit the ground running and quickly build strong relationships across the business, and the HR team.
β Create the framework that enables our peoplesβ development and continuous learning;

β Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
β Professional experience of at least 5 years as HR BP, preferably within the digital industry/IT start up;
β Successful experience of implementation a training programs for the C Level and IT departments;
β You have worked in a dynamic and rapidly changing (remote) environment before;
β Experience in developing suiting processes for remote teams with flat hierarchies and a high amount of individual responsibility;
β You have experience working with various HR tools (handle on experience with Hibob will be plus);
β You like finding pragmatic solutions and making things simple
β You are a very focused and process-driven person and continuously work to improve existing processes.
β You can work remotely. Online meetings usually schedule from 11 to 17;
