Team: Product Manager, Front-end Developers, Back-end Developers, QA Engineer, DevOps, Designer, Account Manager, Marketing Project Manager, Support Manager.
∙ Communication: communicate with partners, provide support, answer their questions, and resolve issues related to their accounts. Assist customers with technical inquiries, provide information about new products (releases) or promotions, and help resolve any problems that arise.
∙ Monitoring client activity: monitor clients’ activity on the platform. Analyze data on customer behavior, such as frequency of play, betting volumes, and winnings/losses. This helps them identify which clients may require additional support or be interested in new offers.
∙ Sales and customer retention: work on increasing and retaining customers. Offer personalized deals to partners, run promotional campaigns, or organize special events.
∙Collaboration with other departments: cooperate with other departments within the company, such as marketing, design and finance team, integration management and technical support.
∙ 1+ years of experience as an Account Manager (in iGaming/Gambling industry) experience in casino games provider will be huge plus.
∙ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∙ Results-oriented with strong attention to detail and highly organized.
∙ Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, building up a regional team and all levels of management, internally and externally.
∙ Excellent English and oral and written communication skills. ∙ Exceptional knowledge of digital platforms, including Hubspot, Jira, confluence.
∙ You can work remotely. Online meetings usually schedule from 11 to 17.
