We're looking for a Senior HR Specialist to join our dynamic HR team.
The ideal candidate should have experience in international IT companies, a strong understanding of HR practices, and a successful track record of implementing HR initiatives. They should possess excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, and have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
β Provide comprehensive HR support for the relocation process of employees.
β Create and improve internal policies to ensure compliance with organization's goals.
β Conduct research on best HR practices, industry trends, and benchmarks to support decision-making and improve HR programs and initiatives.
β Manage the performance review process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, feedback sessions, and performance plans.
β Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation activities, and ensuring that new employees have a positive and successful onboarding experience.
β Manage and optimize our HRIS system, Hibob, by ensuring accurate data, identifying areas for improvement, providing training and support, conducting regular audits, and staying up-to-date with the latest features.
β Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR programs and initiatives, such as talent management, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
β Be an adviser for managers to address employee relations matters.
β Minimum of 3 years of experience in the HR industry within international IT companies.
β Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulations related to employee onboarding, performance management, and policy development.
β Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement in HR processes/policies/initiatives, and to develop effective solutions.
β Experience with HRIS systems, preferably with Hibob, to manage employee data, and other relevant HR data.
β Excellent project management skills to effectively manage multiple HR tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and ensure project success.
β Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with employees, managers at all levels of the organization.
β Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve HR goals.
β You can work remotely. Online meetings usually schedule from 11 to 17;
