WE ARE AIMED AT CREATING A RESIDENTIAL QUARTER, IN THE CENTER OF WHICH ITS RESIDENTS WILL BE. Our vision is to create a welcoming, green space in the heart of the city, where natural areas and recreational facilities are in close proximity.
WE DESIGN SPACES THAT HARMONIOUSLY COMBINE ELEMENTS OF NATURE AND URBAN LIFE, CREATING CONDITIONS FOR COMMUNICATION, INTERACTION AND FORMATION OF THRIVING COMMUNITIES. Thanks to the rich history of the place, the implementation of the project will contribute to the cultural enrichment of the whole of Phuket and increase its attractiveness for residents and visitors of the island.
Based on modern principles and standards, we strive to transform this territory into a dynamic, human-oriented space. This master plan reflects the combined aspirations and goals of both project participants and the entire community to achieve new heights in urban planning.
The Cherng Taley area is currently under active development.
This project will contribute to the development of the existing urbanized structure of Cherng Taley by adding various public functions, improving transport accessibility and creating new public spaces for recreation and entertainment.
The project approach is based on the formation of a system of active and universal public spaces that promote social interaction.
Open spaces, plazas and pedestrian routes are woven into the urban fabric, making the area resilient to change, promoting well-being and developing a strong sense of community.
Architectural and spatial planning emphasizes human scale and occupancy comfort. It covers the bay with the Phi Phi islands and the coast of Krabi. North is on the right, so the diagram is oriented west at the top. There are two scales with Dutch and French nautical miles.

The area of the design area is 1.9 hectares. The territory is surrounded on almost all sides by forest. To the south there are 2 elephant parks and an active fire station. There is also a pond located in the south of the territory.
Access to the territory is provided from two roads located to the north and west of the design boundaries.
Key locations with entertainment, shopping and recreation areas are located nearby.
Within the framework of the project, there are three types of residential zones, and there are: zones of two-story 3-room villas, zones of one-story 3-room villas and zones of one-story 4-room villas.
From the north, along the coastline, zones of a public center and a park are allocated. Zones of roads and engineering infrastructure are also planned.
