При отправлении шаблона убедитесь, что вы заменили поля, выделенные капсом, на свою информацию. Также обратите внимание, что пробелы расставлять нужно исключительно по шаблону, то бишь, создавая расстояние между индексом почты и ее именем, например, IvanIvanov @ rambler ru, дабы обойти антифродд систему букинга.
