Promotion of a Cosmetology clinic in Miami with ROMI 216% in 20 days

How we received sales of $8,760 in twenty days from targeted advertising on Instagram with the invested $2,770 for a clinic in Miami

At the moment we are continuing to work with the client, so some important data will not be disclosed

In July 2023, the manager of the Solea cosmetology clinic contacted us in order to increase the number of incoming requests for clinic services via Instagram. The task was also to increase the number of customers consisted from the local audience, and not the Russian-speaking people

Solea is a network of clinics with different directions: hardware cosmetology, dentistry, Med SPA, etc..

At that time, the company already had several traffic teams for each field of activity, and we were hired for a cosmetology branch since we have an extensive experience in this niche

What tasks did the client set?

The client, having contacted us, set only one key task - to increase the number of requests from Instagram from the local audience

Where did we start:

We were provided with several services that are used in the clinic as a pass-through offers, after visiting which the patient is additionally provided with related services, thereby increasing the average check and LTV

We analyzed the competitors, gathered the necessary information about the services, created strategies, conducted an audit of the landing page and then started creating content and advertising campaigns.

Since we had several main offers, we had to do a separate analysis of the audience and competitors for each offer in order to more accurately get into the desires and pains of potential customers

We also studied the peculiarities of the American market: how people make decisions about purchases, where it is better to communicate, which formats of advertising banners are best suited

Local girls are usually more relaxed about their appearance and do not strive for a daily list of extensive procedures, as may be typical for girls from Russia. In the USA, since childhood, girls are taught to accept and appreciate themselves, regardless of their height, weight or compliance with any beauty standards

At the testing stage, we chose several options for attracting an audience

We came up with juicy offers that could not fail to work. When creating an offer, most often we use not just a discount, but a combo of different products so that a person can get to know us through different services, as a result of which it will be easier to sell other products to our patient

In 20 days of work, we have worked out 3 offers

  1. Weight Loss: spent $2,342, got 277 leads
  2. Morpheus8: spent $434, received $75

and regularly test other goals and placements

At the initial stage, we managed to bring 23 clients with an average check of $380

Now we continue an active cooperation with the Solea clinic, providing stable applications from Instagram
