  1. First we peel the potatoes and wash them well, then we pour some water and ice into a large bowl. Now we need to cut the potatoes evenly and evenly with a thin diameter suitable for chips.
  2. You can use chips to cut the potatoes or cut them with a sharp knife. Now place the sliced ​​potatoes in a bowl of water and ice for 30 to 45 minutes to tighten the texture of the potatoes.
  3. After this time, drain the potatoes and dry with a clean cloth. Note that when draining the potatoes, do not open the water on the potatoes at all and just let the extra water drain out of the potatoes.
  4. At this stage, sprinkle as much salt and black pepper on the potatoes as you like, but we can add salt and black pepper after frying. Now pour enough oil into a suitable pot or fryer so that the chips float in the oil.
  5. After the oil is well heated, add the potatoes to the oil and allow to dry completely. Then place the fried chips on a towel or wire rack to remove excess oil.
  6. After the excess oil in the chips is appreciated, pour them into the desired dish and pour the chopped parsley over the chips. To make the chips more delicious, we can sprinkle some thyme powder on it and serve it with ketchup sauce.
