OZON – Special Situations & Strategy Analyst (IR Team)
OZON Team is seeking a bright, ambitions candidate with the background in corporate finance, IR/Strategy, equity research to join us as an Analyst to engage on the projects related to Corporate Finance and Strategy activity.

· 3-4 years experience in Big 4/Investment Banking/Private Equity/Corporate Development/Strategy
· Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Experienced Excel and PowerPoint user
· Fluent English (verbal and written)
· Ability to successfully manage multiple work streams, prioritize assignments and meet deadlines
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively across function and with the firm’s management
· Availability to work full-time
· Preparation and coordination of BoD presentations, Company’s and Business Units’ Strategy
· Execution and leadership over critical adhoc corporate projects and financing projects
· Cross-functional projects with other business units
· Analysis and benchmarking of global peers on financial reporting metrics and performance
