You will work on software that interacts with the global digital asset market and a deep understanding of how information flows across the financial systems. A strong python engineer. The division works on the most complex and important areas of business - strategy development and technical execution. We use AlgoTrader software for the strategy execution, and custom tools for reporting and testing.
- Fix bugs and optimize performance.
- Decompose and evaluate the complexity of tasks.
- Seek and implement best practices and solutions
- Maintain and improve upon existing strategy execution
- Collaborate with others, help mentor junior developers, and share your knowledge with other teams
We expect from our future colleagues:
- 5+ year experience Python, PostgreSQL, django / flask and other related technologies
- Knowledge and practical application of the principles of microservice development (KISS, DRY, SOLID).
- Experience with high-load services.
Ability to write readable code and cover it with unit tests
- Experience in developing REST API, Swagger or similar tools.
- Experience with relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL).
- Skills in writing automated tests (unit, integration).
- Professional user of Git / Gitlab.
- Skills of working with the Linux command line.
- Intermediate technical English (or higher).
- Work experience in financial companies (banks, investment and brokerage companies) and understanding of the subject area.
- Experience in blockchain technologies (Ethereum, Geth, Web3.js, Solidity, Remix, Truffle, - Smart Contracts, MetaMask, TestRPC).
- Software skills via GitlabCI / Jenkins.
- Knowledge of specific software and tools (JIRA, etc.)
