Team Lead / Architect (.Net)

We are looking for a .Net Team Lead / Architect for our client - an International software product company in the fintech domain (content monetization platform for creators worldwide). The product will be developing from scratch!

We are offering:

What kind of qualification we are looking for:
3+ years of leadership experience, managing a team of developers
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and drive people
Full proficiency in С# (.Net 6.0+) , including async/await and multithreading, etc.
Knowledge of microservice architecture pattern and DDD
Solid understanding of development processes, testing, and CI/CD best practices
Solution-oriented and constructive mindset, ability to manage ambiguity, and critical thinking
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Organizational skills including the capacity to self-manage, structure work, set priorities, and work to deadlines
Experience in fintech/payments as a huge advantage

What we are expecting from you:
Leading a team of engineers building a new product, creating true impact and owning your team’s deliverables from planning stages to production
Design and building financial services platform for bankcard and other types of payments from the scratch
Creating of new integrations with partner service providers
Development of microservices with Web API and background tasks
Analyze requirements, decompose tasks
Solve problems related to scaling the product, ensuring security, and improving technical stability
Code review and encourage good engineering practices within the team, ensuring the codebase is clean, readable, well-tested, and maintainable
Work closely with other members of product team to ensure the software works how it should
Lead and mentor small team in a fully remote work environment and direct reporting to CTO
