- Ensure service availability and reliability by working with the developer team.
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers, QA engineers, and product managers) to identify system requirements
- Gather, address, and design technical requirements & solutions.
- Set up, configure, automate, and maintain services in the Linux environment.
- Design, manage and develop CI/CD pipelines also cloud & IoT infrastructure.
- Promote and develop efficient automated operation, maintenance and management tools.
- Improve operation and maintenance efficiency by reducing operation cost.
- Write scripts, tools, services for service quality analysis, monitoring and operation.
- Carefully assess and adopt new technologies and tools to improve efficiency
