Since the beginning of June 2019, Instagram has changed its algorithms. Now, the limits are very blurry. You can not follow more than 1000 people per day, unfollow 1000 per day, add 2000 likes per day, etc. There are no clear limits for the actions per hour and day. The limits are calculated by Instagram's robot for each account individually and absolutely unclear how it does that.

Since that changes we can see new errors:

First problem: I CANNOT UNFOLLOW!!!

Guys, it doesn't depend on me. The app can unfollow so many, how many it allows Instagram. If you see the message "Your session blocked", you must do a new login to get a new session. You can click on (menu / logout) and then login again. Do not start a new unfollow process right after new login. Wait a few hours. It will be good if you change your IP address. After this, start to unfollow by a few people per hour. It's very important. If you will receive the message "Your session blocked", then open Instagram and unfollow someone, then do a new login in the app and right after that try to unfollow someone via the Followers Assistant, you receive the next message from Instagram:

* Your Account Was Compromised!

How to fix: change the password via Instagram (it is required action), then delete your account from Followers Assistant (menu / logout) and then add it again. Analyze, what you could do wrong. For example, a high activity in the app or aggressive mass unfollowing can help for Instagram to detect unusual behavior. Check the settings of automation services (auto-like, auto-follow etc...). Intervals must be different. The number of actions should be different. The minimal interval should be significantly higher than the maximal number of actions. Give your account a few days to rest and change your IP address.

* Session blocked

Now Instagram is no longer blocking something one. If you fall for likes, all actions are blocked immediately and the same behavior with following, comments, etc. A new session can be obtained only after login. The Followers Assistant can do a re-login a few times per day, but if it does not help or if it is not possible, you need to do it by yourself (menu / logout or menu / accounts / relogin). After a new login let the account rest for a few days (usually 2-3). After the rest, start the automation with low activity, minimal actions count, higher intervals and with a new IP address. Also, the session may be blocked even if you simply check the unfollowers. To minimize the risk of blocking the session, use the "Safe Check Lists" option below "Check Lists" button. That option available in app since the version 20.3 and higher.

* All actions blocked WITHOUT block expiration date

Most often occurs after Instagram's request to change the password. But sometimes it can be without the request (the most harmless type of blocking). In the Followers Assistant, this ban is indicated by a red triangle to the right of the account on the automation services screen. You can click on this icon and read a message. If the program detects such type of ban, it will immediately stop all automation for this account in case if the auto re-login does not help or impossible.

How to fix:

- If everything works in the Instagram, but not in the app, do a re-login in the Followers Assistant via Menu / Accounts / Relogin, relax for a couple of days and change the app using strategy. If nothing works in the Instagram also, read below ...

- Using an Android phone or any computer. Open a browser (it’s Google Chrome or Opera or Firefox or Safari or Internet Explorer, etc.) and type https://www.instagram.com in the address bar (the android phone will most likely offer to open the link via the Instagram application, but you refuse it and open via the browser exactly), log in to the system and perform the following steps:

  1. If you're using the mobile phone, go to your profile and click the Settings button in the top left angle, if you're using the browser on your PC/Mac, click on the profile icon in the top right angle and click on the round Settings button.
  2. Click on Login Activity and confirm everything that can be confirmed (usually on top).
  3. Perform a re-login in the Instagram (on all phones) and in the Followers Assistant application.
  4. Give your account a couple of days to relax. Then very slowly increase your activity in the app.

- Using iOS (iPhone, iPad, iPod) device, open Instagram and follow these steps:

  1. Open the side right menu.
  2. Click Settings / Security / Login Activity
  3. Click on Login Activity and confirm everything that can be confirmed (usually on top).
  4. Perform a re-login in the Instagram (on all phones) and in the Followers Assistant application.
  5. Give your account a couple of days to relax. Then very slowly increase your activity in the app.

* All actions blocked WITH block expiration date

Most often occurs after ban without unblock date. If you performed a re-login and did not change anything in the app’s behavior. In the Followers Assistant, this ban is indicated by a red triangle to the right of the account on the automation services screen. You can click on this icon and read a message.

How to fix: Do not do a re-login. We are waiting for the ban expiration date and think what we could have done wrong ... After unblock date run the services with very low activity and with a new IP!!!

* After password changing, Followers Assistant doesn't load anything

How to fix: Delete this account from the app (menu / logout) and login again.

A few tips:

- DO NOT USE INSTAGRAM WHILE FOLLOWERS ASSISTANT WORKS, CHECKS THE LISTS etc...!!! Do NOT watch detail accounts info via the Followers Assistant! If you need to do something via Instagram, set the services on pause or close the app.

- Always update the application. Usually, each new version has very important changes.

- The Followers Assistant has a very useful thing. It calls "Log". You can find it by clicking on the central bottom icon and then click on "View Reports" item. If the app works somehow wrong, check this Log, read the messages which you will see and do some actions to solve the issue which there appear.

- In the settings of each service in the app set different intervals. Use a huge difference for the min and max interval.

- Use different actions count. Do not use identical count. For example, do not use 7-7 actions count.

- Do not use Instagram while the Followers Assistant works. If you need to do something in the Instagram, set Followers Assistant on pause.

- If you're managing more than 4 accounts, use a good private proxy. You can buy the proxy anywhere. But, the proxy should support https, should have the password, and should be from your country or from country of your client. You can add the proxy only in the Followers Assistant PRO version which you can download here. In the Followers Assistant PRO you can add the proxy via Menu / Accounts / Proxy or on the login page.

- If you added a new account in the app (even if it has been registered 100 years ago), start to use the services with very low activity. Increase your local limits day by day for a few actions. It's very important.

- If you need to cancel your subscriptions and stop the payments.

* For the Google Play apps, open Play Market application / Side Menu / Subscriptions / Followers Assistant and cancel. Do it at the last day of paid period.

* For the Followers Assistant PRO, open the application and click on round icon on the top. There you can cancel all your subscriptions. If you forgot the password for your Followers Assistant PRO account, you can reset it here.
