Why at Foxly our people are our main value

As a business owner and an expert in recruitment with 7+ years experience i always believed - main value that every company has - it’s people. During my career in HR and later - running my own company - i saw employees at many companies working on the edge of nervous breakdown all the time because of disrespectful attitude of the management. In those companies with toxic environment nobody could feel happy or appreciated.

When me and my partner founded FOXLY in 2017 - i knew - we will do all possible to provide the best working environment for the people who work for us.
Of course we had our ups and downs. When the quarantine started on 17th of March - our Mass recruitment department (which recruits for Hungarian companies mostly) at first lost 70% of demand in March, and from April till August - we had downtime - because borders were closed. We had been generating losses for 5 months before our clients were ready to use our services again. During all this hard period we didn’t terminate or reduce any of our colleagues, didn’t ask to go for unpaid vacation or look for another job. Instead we met with them via Zoom almost every day - very often just to make sure that everyone was okay.

After we started getting orders from our Clients again - we were sure that everybody will do their best to help the company become profitable again. Because we supported them when they needed it most.
Developing this business - we are building our dream, and at this stage I’m very proud of our Team and how loyal and trustworthy they are! So i want to share main statements we use to build great Company with great People:
