Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable backend services for a vehicle management platform.
Lead technical research, architecture design, and implementation of backend services and new features.
Own the full lifecycle of services, including deployment, monitoring, and production support.
Implement observability infrastructure covering metrics, logging, dashboards, and distributed tracing.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams, participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies, and mentor engineers.

5+ years of commercial backend engineering experience in high-load environments.
Expert-level Go, including generics, reflection, unsafe, and custom synchronization primitives.
Strong SQL expertise covering schema design, replication, partitioning, sharding, and query optimization.
Deep knowledge of Redis, synchronous and asynchronous service communication, and microservice architecture.
Experience with Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes or an equivalent platform, AWS, cloud infrastructure, testing, and Git.
Intermediate English and availability to work in the CET time zone.

Experience with event-driven architectures, messaging platforms, and Infrastructure as Code.
Experience profiling and optimizing Go services.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools.

Fully remote work with access through client equipment or a virtual workstation.
