Productivity

Brain can get tired as well as our legs and feet: when we have been running errands the whole day, your muscles burn and fail to function — it is the accumulated fatigue.

When we come to a new city, we want to see as much as possible, so we walk for 8 hours in a row, but it is hard and exhausting. However, making small breaks to have a coffee is more efficient, it will allow you to walk more and to see more, hence, be productive.

We can tell when our legs are tired, but we cannot understand when our brain is.

Many years ago, the Pomodoro technique was invented to boost productivity.

It is based on the idea that your productivity increases sharply if you alternate periods of deep concentration and short rest: just give your brain a five-minute break for each 25 minutes, it will work miracles.

However, the point is you can get even more productive. Each brain is unique: one can get tired in 20 minutes, while another can last 40. These periods can change throughout the day due to accumulated fatigue. Thus, we can work for 40 mins and rest for 5 in the morning, while in the afternoon we struggle to concentrate for as little as 20 minutes and do nothing as a result. Especially to bring your productivity to the whole new level, we have developed a personal fatigue tracker that tells you when to get some rest. We dubbed it neuropomodoro.

How it works: we track your state during the day and let you know when your brain is tired.

What you need to do: go get yourself a nice cup of coffee or try our 6-minute relaxation training and get back to work. We will ping you next time when your brain is tired, and you will be able to do the training again or just go for some physical activity.

Working this way will allow you to visibly boost your productivity manifold in as little as one week.

This function is under development.
