❕ Roskomnadzor proposes to block access to anonymisation services, allowing to register on resources and messengers using virtual phone numbers. This includes the Fragment service developed by Telegram founder Pavel Durov.

💬 As indicated in the draft regulation, if the amendments were adopted, they would then enter into force on 1 March 2024. The document also states that the agency is going to start filtering with the help of technical means of counteracting threats.
