We will practice it in pairs. During the course, you will have time to work with all the participants, feeling different energy structures and remove blockages.

Training is dedicated to different variants of techniques. We will learn to go deep into our body, explore our own reactions, learn to receive and give, restoring the uniform flow of energy in our energy structure.

TIMING:

10:00-14:00 work on releasing body blocks and clamps, experiencing emotions and removing the husk: we will use both new techniques that have not been given anywhere yet, and effective tested ones. The task to go deep, to realize negative patterns and allow yourself to choose differently.
