🏨 Guide to Fake Listings on Booking.com for Scamming EU Bookings 💸 [2026]
Preface
Not exactly about carding here, more like a scam.
They say the manual works even though it's old. I bought it specifically to post in the channel because the Booking topic became relevant in the chat, and people often ask about it in PMs. In general, all you have to do is solve the phishing issue.
- Anti-detect Browser: we're using Incogniton
- Proxy
- Register Booking on a Brut-account. Practice shows newregs live from 1 hour to 1 day, depending on luck. Bruts last 3-5 days. I take random European accounts, selecting the country for which we'll reg the listing. Good logs are always appreciated.
- Service for uniquifying photos
- Fake number
Booking doesn't check the number, use any available service - Preparing photos of our apartments. We take photos from https://www.airbnb.com, select a large city in the filter (e.g., London) and search for apartments for 2-7 people. Take photos as if you're searching for yourself—spacious, bright, eye-catching (make sure no famous landmarks are visible from the windows,

Start of Work
Go to the site https://www.airbnb.com and search for apartment photos; it should have 2, 3, 4 rooms, preferably spacious (most bookings I got were for 3-6 people). It should catch the eye, so the mammoth burns to book them at first sight.
Using this extension https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/double-click-image-downlo/bkijmpolkanhdehnlnabfooghjdokakc, download our photos, uniquify them, and save to a separate folder.
NEXT, SET UP Incogniton
Take a proxy or buy one
In Incogniton, create a new profile, specify the name and group (if necessary), generate the user agent (button "Generate new fingerprint").
Go to the "Proxy server" section and enter the data from your file or wherever you get your proxies from.
Now, to check if the data is filled correctly, click the "Check" button.
IMPORTANT! If it doesn't match, ignore the geolocation shown by the checker. Incogniton uses an outdated geo database—we'll set this up manually.
Profile Parameters Setup
Time Zone
Uncheck "Fill time zone based on IP".
We have a Portuguese proxy, so select the Portugal time zone.
Small lifehack: To avoid scrolling through the entire dropdown list, open it and press the first letter of your time zone on the keyboard. In my case, P. Then select the desired zone.
Geolocation
Uncheck "Fill geolocation based on IP".
Get latitude and longitude from here: https://api.ip.sb/geoip/, substituting your proxy IP.
Latitude (latitude), Longitude (longitude)—don't mix them up!
JS Parameters
Language - Uncheck "Fill language based on IP address", click "Edit", and select languages matching the proxy's country.
Important! You can change the order of languages in the right column—this affects priority. In my case, the main language is English; preferably set the country's language as primary.
For many languages, there are several layouts for different countries. Be careful when selecting.
DNS
Get the DNS server from here: https://public-dns.info/#countries and select the country we need.
Choose any, with priority to the city of our IP.
Save our profile and proceed to tests.
google.com sees nothing suspicious, doesn't throw a captcha!
Booking.com opened immediately in the correct language.
Buy proxies from any service convenient for you.
Click to create a new profile.
Install the proxy, click "check", if everything is fine and the proxy is working, click "Create profile" then click "Start".
Check your browser settings on whoer.net
**100% anonymity?** - all good.
Russian DNS even though I specified a normal one in Incogniton?
Go to browser settings, type "DNS" in search, and select **OPENDNS**.
After we bought a brute account or log.
After we clicked **"Start"**, a new browser window will open (in this browser we only work with Booking, we don't search for anything else and especially don't write in Russian). Type in the search engine **booking.com**, go there...
**DO NOT CHANGE THE LANGUAGE!**
Click **"Log in to account"**.
Enter the **brute login** and press **Continue**.
We have logged into our account, next click **"Register your property"**.
Enter the **login (email)** from the brute or log again.
Enter the **first and last name** of the person the brute account is registered to (after logging in, you'll see the **LK** (personal account) in the top right with the data there).
Get the **phone number** from **[https://phone-number-generator.datagemba.com/](https://phone-number-generator.datagemba.com/)** for the country you're registering the account in—**it won't be verified**.
Come up with a **password** and enter it **twice**, click **Continue**...
(When the **"Save password in browser"** button appears, do so),
So that if you get logged out of the account, you can log back in quickly.
Otherwise **your listing won't pass**, you can try not to...
Set that we have **several apartments in one building**, set **from 3 to 6 apartments** (I set **4**).
**Remember the set number**, we'll need it later.
And click **"Continue"** again.
**STOP! IMPORTANT STAGE STOP!**
When we reach this step, **do nothing**, **minimize the browser** and take a **break for 15-25 minutes, no less**. During this time, open **Google Maps** and search for the **city** where we'll register our property. **I'm registering a property in Finland**, for example, choose the city **Helsinki**.
Choose a **"bedroom" district** (residential suburb), the **house must be actually residential**, **example of the house below**...
**NEXT...** after the break done, **copy the address** from **Google Maps** and **paste it here**.... and **click Continue**...
Slide the **slider** a couple of millimeters and click **Continue**.
Choose **standard**: **heating**, **Wi-Fi**, **air conditioner** (if you have additional like **sauna**, **bar** etc., then specify).
**Breakfast served to guests: No**
Set **that we have free parking**, **no need to book it**, **it's located near the house**, **it's private**.
**Staff language: Finnish, English.** Click **Continue**...
**First slider "smoking allowed": turn OFF** (you can turn ON),
**Second slider "pets allowed": YES**
**Third slider "children allowed": YES**
**Fourth slider "parties allowed": YES**
Below, set **check-in and check-out times**, click **Continue**...
**Do it like mine**, click **Continue**...
**Give our apartments a beautiful name** and click **Continue**...
**Do we accept payments on the apartment premises by bank cards: YES**
**Specify the cards that guests can pay with: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, etc.**
**Choose option № 2** and click **Continue**...
**Beds: 2 double beds + 1 sofa.**
**Capacity: up to 6 guests** (adjust higher if more beds).
**Bathrooms: 1**
**Size: 54 sqm** (estimated).
**Amenities: air conditioner, kitchen, window view, flat-screen TV, washing machine** (add the same if desired), click **Continue**...
**Add our already UNIQUEIZED photos (10-25 pcs.)** and click **Continue**...
**Remember we indicated 4 apartments of this type at the beginning. Set 4 here again.** Click **Continue**...
**Set nightly price to the minimum recommended value (customers will book faster).**
**Second option: Lower price for first customers? NO (they'll book great without it).** Click **Continue**...
**Click on the marked buttons one by one and disable all enabled sliders,** then click **Continue**...
**Our property is set up and ready to open,** click **Continue**...
**Final listing stage. When we reach this step, DO NOT check the boxes—instead, collapse the page again and take a 15-25 min break. THIS IS IMPORTANT!
After the time passes, check the boxes, and click the "Open property" button... … …
After a short load, we'll learn the status of our property.
There are several possible outcomes:
Our property opened immediately—congrats, you're a champ! Means you did everything right and Booking fraud didn't catch you.
Bad option, your property's bookings closed immediately—delete the account and start over (change proxy, get new brute-force account).
Bad option, property location verification. Delete account and start over (change proxy, get new brute-force account).
Decent option, the property is sent for admin auto-review. Review takes 20 min to 5 hours. So we wait. As practice shows, 80% of such listings opened for me.
Account gets kicked, deactivated, banned! Everything from scratch (change proxy, grab new brute-force account).
There are many possible outcomes, I've listed the main ones. Sometimes when you hit "Place property" the page just loads forever. Super long, I waited ~1 hour, then bailed and made a new account.
Our account opened, we see the green "Bookings open" button...
A yellow banner pops up asking to fill the KYP form, "Know Your Partner"—we fill it and use the last name/first name from registration start. (it doesn't really affect anything)**
**1) Set the period from today and for 5-7 months ahead.**
**2) Indicate that we have 4 apartments of this type.**
**3) Click "Save changes".**

**2) Open room - save;**
**Set the minimum number of stay days in the apartments - 1 day.**
**Go here, and select the right option**
**Boost the frequency of our listing appearing in search by increasing the commission Booking charges for placement services.**
**Here we select dates from today and for half a year ahead**
**Set it like mine and save changes...
In principle, everything, our listing is published, waiting for clients.
Booking requests for our room will appear on the main page...**
**When a booking appears, click on it and see all the information: first name, last name, booking date, number of people staying, number of children, arrival time, and preferred language for communication, as well as phone number. Recommend adding to contacts on your phone/emulator and messaging on WhatsApp, posing as the apartment owner, clarifying arrival time, number of people, if transfer to the address is needed, and other questions. Then request payment of the full booking amount or half, depending on the amount. If they agree, send a payment link and help them confirm all bank steps.
Do not set settings 1:1 as in the manual, this is just an example.**
