Router Protocol partners with Cellframe…

A new strategic partnership has been formed between CellFrame and Router Protocol. Router Protocol, the biggest cross-chain liquidity primitive is a protocol that has as its vision, the provision of interconnected infrastructure between various recent and developing layer 1 and layer 2 blockchain solutions.

Recently, one of the problems in the cryptospace is scalability. Many protocols have decided to deal with this problem on their own since congestion and high fees is gradually becoming almost synonymous with decentralized finance

Though a lot of protocols are striving to be compatible. it’s still uncertain how they’ll effectively achieve this.

Router presents a solution at this point..Their goal is to work around the scalability trilemma — trade-off between decentralization, scalability, and security. Though there exist other solutions from large platforms and L2 components, the aim of Router is to provide a solution that will effectively port liquidity between these isolated islands and essentially build bridges between them.

CellFrame has been on the lookout for multi-chain bridging functionalities and authentically secure cross-chain transfer and this collaboration will aid Router to take advantage of their smart contract functionality to provide users with a superior way to interact with liquidity locked on various DeFi protocols.
