Employee monitoring software

Hello, could you give me some business advice?

I own a car logistic company. I have 36 employees, 9 of whom work in the office. Since I am always out of the country, I am interested in whether it makes sense to introduce employee monitoring software for the planning and organization of work for those people who work in the office.
