LDL:- It stands for low-density lipoprotein. It is also called bad cholesterol as a high level of LDL leads to the formation of plaques in the arteries.
VLDL:- It stands for very low-density lipoprotein. Few people called it a bad cholesterol level as it also helps in the formation of plaques in the arteries. But remember that VLDL and LDL are different as VLDL caries triglycerides while LDL carries cholesterol in the blood.
