On June 21, a chat called "Chat 97%" was created in Telegram. It was immediately which was immediately advertised in some opposition Telegram channels (for example, on the channel "NEXTA" (https://t.me/nexta_tv), "Belarus Brain" (https://t.me/belamova), "expelled" (https://t.me/studentyBY)).
As Nexta wrote in its advertisement for a chat 97%, the initiative to create a chat and a channel of the same name "has no leaders and belongs exclusively to the will of the majority of the Belarusian people" (https://t.me/nexta_tv/3290). However, the day after the creation of the chat 97%, June 22, 14 similar chat rooms in the largest cities were created.
At the same time, in the 20s of June, chats were created in the districts of Minsk with the note SJD ("Country for Life" - the name of the channel of blogger Tikhanovsky, whose wife was nominated as a presidential candidate instead).
That is, 14 city chats and 8 chats in Minsk districts (except for the Chat of Leninski district, created in May) - 22 chats in total - were created almost simultaneously by the "will of the majority of the Belarusian people", allegedly without leaders and organizations. After the creation of two dozen chats on Nexta channel, a set of moderators of new chats was announced, for which those who wanted to send a picture of their passport to the specified address. Subsequently, the announcement was removed from the channel.
About 19000 people joined the chat 97% for 1-2 days, while about 9000 people joined the chat in Minsk ("Minsk 97%"). There is not only agitation for mass events in the chats, but also their organization. Chats offer specific actions, locations, instructions on the behavior of protesters during public events, etc. It is obvious that in these chats, as well as in opposition Telegram channels, active preparation for the "color revolution", i.e. for a coup d'état is being carried out. At the same time, the coup organizers are acting according to Gene Sharpe's well-known "technique" "From dictatorship to democracy.
The organizers set politically active people up for peaceful mass protests, for which the appropriate reasons are chosen. The arrest of Babariko, the celebration of Independence Day on July 3, and the refusal to register Babariko and Cepkalo were some of the reasons to try their hand before the elections. The next mass action was scheduled for 3 August, the day before the early voting. Then - on August 9, election day, and on August 10 (or later) after the announcement of the election results.
