Hitbtc - road to nowhere

Hello community.

For two years hitbtc withholds my funds and refuses to pay them.

They deliberately complicate and reject the KYC procedure that I am trying to go through. HitBTC specialists are not competent in reviewing documents.

These facts indicate that HitBTC evades the obligations provided for by the rules.

They are committing a crime against me and I can no longer tolerate it.

They do not rely on rules when communicating, I have never seen links to specific clauses of the rules. They communicate as they want " slang" I suspect that not a single HitBTC specialist has studied the rules.

I would like to publicize our communication with them.

I will publish the course of our conversation, every step in this post, until the crime against me is stopped.
