Zoom Security Options to Limit Recordings

Sign in to Zoom
1. Open a browser and go to cwm.Zoom.Us
2. Click Sign in
3. Log in along with your W&M Username and password
Recording options are found within your account settings

Chat Settings
Prevent members from saving chat
1. In Settings, make certain you're on the Meeting tab
2. Scroll all the way down to In Meeting (Basic)
three. Under Chat, check the container Prevent members from saving chat to prevent participants from
saving chat
4. Click Save

Disable automobile saving chat
1. In that same Chat options place, visit Auto saving chats
2. Disable auto saving chats by means of shifting the toggle to the left (it becomes gray when disabled)

Recording Settings

Prevent all recordings with the following alternatives
1. In Settings, ensure you're at the Recording tab
2. Disable the following alternatives to restrict recordings by using moving the toggle button to the left
(it will become gray while disabled)
a. Local recording – prevents individuals from the usage of Zoom to record the assembly
b. Cloud recording – prevents recordings of your hosted meetings to the cloud
c. Automatic recording – prevents the automated recording of a assembly
