Operations Manager Hong Kong

Within four years, we have grown from a start-up to a large international company: we manage more than 650 facilities in Moscow, Dubai and Istanbul. 1800 people live in our apartments. This year we are launching the project in China and India, and by 2026 in 10 more countries.

We are currently looking for an Operations Manager who is willing to take on the diverse tasks of finding, refurbishing and renting real estate and quickly switch between them to launch a project in Hong Kong.

What you will do:

select apartments on aggregators and view them physically in a large number; you need to be prepared for frequent movements;
rent apartments from owners and agents, namely: arrange a viewing, present a product, discuss favorable conditions for both parties, etc.;
hiring: find and interview contractors in Hong Kong, such as designers, cleaners, house masters;
show objects to potential tenants and convert them into a contract at the show.

We expect you to:

reside in Hong Kong for more than a year;
speak Russian and Chinese at C1+ level;
be responsible and be able to quickly make decisions in the mode of uncertainty;
be ready to communicate with people;
have experience in sales and negotiation (bonus point);
speak English (bonus point).
