COLIFE is a real estate rental company operating under the coliving model and has been the leader in this field in Russia for more than 4 years. We provide apartments with modern design. At this time more than 1,500 people in three countries use Colife’s services.

Our goal is to make decent housing in big cities affordable for young professionals and everyone who cherishes their time and surroundings.

Due to the company's expansion into international markets, we are looking for a financial manager with the possibility of relocation to Dubai.

Responsibilities:

Management accounting of the company according to standards close to IFRS
Financial planning
Control and distribution of the company's expenses by the relevant categories
Payment settlements with contractors and personnel
Control of accounts receivable
Preparation of management reports and analysis of financial results.

Requirements:

Higher economic education
Fluent English
Fluency in MS Excel (pivot tables, data processing)
Experience in automation of management accounting
Knowledge of the basics of accounting
Attention to detail, ability to prioritize incoming tasks
Ability to work in a growing business environment
Knowledge of accounting principles in the UAE (will be your advantage).

What we offer:

Work schedule: 5/2 from 10:00 to 19:00
