COLIFE is a a real estate rental company operating under the coliving model. We provide apartments with modern design for rent. More than 1,500 people in three countries use Colife’s services. Our goal is to make decent housing in big cities affordable for young professionals and everyone who cherishes their time and surroundings.
We are looking for a specialist who will find new partners and encourage them to cooperate with COLIFE on mutually beneficial terms.
*they are large banks, real estate agencies, digital and IT companies, investment funds, leading universities and other organizations whose employees live in Dubai.
Your task is to interest them from the first contact, offer the most suitable conditions and agree on cooperation.
The main thing is to be an expert in your field, to delve into business partners and their needs, and not to sell at any cost!
- 1+ years experience in sales.
- you easily establish contact and reach out decision makers, identify needs and negotiate.
- you have experience interacting with agents, network and outsourcing companies, holdings.
- you can talk about complex things simply.
- you know how to organize your work and do what you need, without control and reminders.
- you want to develop in the field of sales and realize your ambitions.
- experience in B2B sales (bonus point).
- five-day work week with flexible start and end of the day.
