COLIFE is a real estate rental company operating under the coliving model and has been the leader in this field in Russia for more than 4 years. We provide apartments with modern design. At this time more than 1,500 people in three countries use Colife’s services.

Our goal is to make decent housing in big cities affordable for young professionals and everyone who cherishes their time and surroundings.

Due to the company's expansion into international markets, we are looking for an Accountant to keep accounting records of the company.

Requirements:

location: Dubai, knowledge of city and its districts (Dubai Marina, JVC, JBR, JLT, Downtown, Al Furjan, Business Bay);
experience in sales, at least a year;
ability to identify customer needs;
fluency in Russian and English (B2+);
punctuality and consistency;
energy and hunger for self-improvement.

Bonus points:

experience in real estate

Responsibilities:

show apartments and present our unique project and service to clients;
organize your logistics around the city;
control the settlement and eviction of residents, conclude contracts;
maintain reports in CRM system.

Terms:

work schedule: 5/2, 10 am to 19 pm;
salary: from AED 8.000 per month;
stylish office in Business Bay, Dubai;
work visa after two months of work;
