💼 Account Manager

COLIFE is a real estate rental company operating under the coliving model and has been the leader in this field in Russia for more than 4 years. We provide apartments with modern design. At this time more than 1,500 people in three countries use Colife’s services.

Our goal is to make decent housing in big cities affordable for young professionals and everyone who cherishes their time and surroundings.

Due to the company's expansion into international markets, we are looking for an Account Manager to manage landlords' requests.

Requirements:

— work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or any other relevant role;
— location - Dubai;
— ability to prepare presentations;
— basic knowledge of legal issues;
— excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities;
— strong verbal and written communication skills;
— solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel);
— prioritizing, time management and organizational skills;
— ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail;
— fluent Russian and English (B2+).

Responsibilities:

— consulting existing and prospective customers in terms of company’s products/services using solid arguments;
— negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit;
— building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships;
— ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives;
— supply other departments with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services;
— prepare reports on account status;
— assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

— salary - up to 10.000 aed paid once a month;
— 10% corporate discount + no commission + 50% discount for deposit;
