Technical Support Specialist (Remote)
One of the most successful Estonian startups is looking for Technical Support specialist Level 1 RUS-ENG. Previous experience in Support and technical background are required as well as fluency in English and Russian. Completely remote work, full time.
Examples of what you'll be doing:
- Provide technical support to users through live chat and email
- Investigate user problems and prepare escalations or bug reports
- Handle payment related operations
- Connect to users through TeamViewer to investigate issues and collect the required data
- Learn and document information about users
- Establish personal relationships with customers
- Participate in the product translations and localization
As you will grow into the role, you’ll have an opportunity to try yourself in other areas.
Our expectations for the candidate:
- 2 or more years of experience in Technical Support is a MUST
- Excellent spoken and written communication skill in Russian and English languages
- Punctual, attentive to details
- Able to multitask and self-develop
- Flexible in working hours. Being able to work in the morning, evening, and weekends.
- Previous experience in compiling and translating documentation from Russian to English language and vice versa
- Experience in working with Windows, Mac, Linux
- Previous experience working with Jira, Confluence, and TeamViewer is a plus
- Previous experience in working with CS emailing and chat tools. Example: HelpScout, Desk, Freshdesk, etc. is a plus
