Data Scientist (Medical Imaging)
We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to assist in developing Python notebooks and writing robust Python code tailored for multimodal AI scenarios. The ideal candidate will possess strong coding discipline, a solid understanding of data science principles, and excellent English communication skills. While foundational skills are essential, we are open to teaching additional necessary competencies to the right candidate.
- Develop and maintain Python notebooks for multimodal AI projects;
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code;
- Collaborate with data scientists and AI researchers to implement algorithms and models;
- Ensure coding best practices and maintain high coding standards;
- Assist in the integration of various data sources and modalities;
- Troubleshoot and debug code to optimize performance and reliability;
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- 3+ years in the role of ML Engineer/Data Scientist or a similar one;
- Proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn).
- Practical experience with computer vision tasks and frameworks such as OpenCV, TensorFlow, or PyTorch;
- Experience working with DICOM standards and medical imaging data.
