Senior Fullstack Developer  (overlap till 12 PM PST)

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong front-end focus to join our fully remote, collaborative team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment, handling both technical and non-technical discussions with ease. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in front-end development, ideally with additional back-end knowledge, particularly in Python, and a willingness to learn Go.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions in a fully remote environment;
• Write, test, and maintain new and existing code with a focus on front-end features (80% front-end, 20% back-end);
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues quickly and effectively;
• Review code, participate in code discussions, and contribute to high coding standards and best practices;
• Work under schedule pressure to fix bugs, design solutions, and improve software efficiency and reliability.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on front-end technologies; full-stack experience is a plus;
• Proficiency in TypeScript and React with an understanding of best practices in component design and state management;
• Experience with Redux or other state management libraries;
• Back-end experience with Python; knowledge of or interest in learning Go is preferred;
• Familiarity with GraphQL (nice to have) for developing efficient, flexible APIs.
