On-call/DRI Software Engineer Azure 

Software/Site Reliability Engineer (SWE/SRE) – Azure Infrastructure

We are looking for a Software/Site Reliability Engineer (SWE/SRE) to join our team, focusing on Azure Infrastructure operations within the Infrastructure teams. This role requires debugging, troubleshooting, and code changes to ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance. We welcome candidates at different experience levels, from junior to senior, who have a strong foundation in .NET development, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in an on-call/DRI rotation covering the Eastern European time zone to provide system support
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and implement code changes to maintain and improve system reliability
  • Investigate incidents, execute mitigations, and prepare pull requests for hotfixes
  • Work with .NET and C# to develop and maintain infrastructure components
  • Optimize system performance and collaborate on automation and reliability improvements
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Git and Azure Pipelines
  • Work with Azure Cloud Services, including API Management, Azure Storage, Cosmos DB, and App Services

Required Skills (Varies by Experience Level):

  • Experience with C# and .NET (preferably .NET 6)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and methodologies (Git, Azure Pipelines)
  • Knowledge of Azure Cloud Services
  • Understanding of Azure API Management, Azure Storage, Cosmos DB, and App Services
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug and optimize systems

Nice-to-Have Skills (Preferred for Mid/Senior Levels):

  • PowerShell scripting for automation and infrastructure management
  • Experience with Azure SQL and KQL for querying and monitoring
  • Background in DRI operations and troubleshooting

Shift Details:

  • 9 AM - 5 PM CET, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays
