Legal Assistant/Legal secretary in International Investment Fund
Requirements:
- Completed Higher Education in Law or tax
- Excellent oral and written English
- 1-3 years of work experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance/supervision
- Ability to work under tight deadlines

1. Administrative
- Know-your-client procedures – liaise with Administrators and Investors on onboarding, help to fill out forms, translate documents where required;
- Corporate docs/SPV- Incorporate/Liquidate SPVs as needed. Keep track of all corporate docs/request new ones on as needed basis.
- Onboarding of new service providers – fill out forms on the Group companies, provide corporate info
- Prepare/ensure timely execution of Acts of Acceptance for services provided
2. Compliance
- Assist with annual CRS/FATCA reporting
- Assist with any other compliance projects as requested
3. Legal
- Prepare BOD resolutions when necessary
- Drafting engagement letters, loan agreements, Powers of attorney on as needed basis
4. Various
- Assisting Legal/Finance departments with various ongoing projects
