Financial Accountant в International Investment Fund (Moscow office)

Requirements:

- Completed Higher Education in Finance, Economics or Accounting

- Knowledge of IFRS

- Fluent oral and written English

- 1-5 years of work experience

- Excellent attention to detail

- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance/supervision

- Ability to work under tight deadlines

- Proactive

- Team player

- Prior working experience in Big 4 is a plus

Finance:

1. Payments:

- Key contact for all Group invoices

- Preparation of invoices for all companies

2. Accounting/Audit

- Monthly cash reconciliations for all Group Companies/Funds

- Accounting for all SPV companies

- Assistance with:

* FS/Reports for all Funds

* Partner statements for all investors

* Annual Audits of Funds, SPVs, Group companies

* Various requests of investors, including Audit Confirmations, translations, etc

* Drawdowns, distributions docs, etc

- Various accounting/tax/reporting tasks for all entities in the Group Structure

3. Various projects of Finance/Legal/Compliance Investment Departments

4. Corporate/Legal/Compliance

- Assistance to Legal/Compliance officer with preparation of Fin info for CRS reporting

- Assistance with bank forms for account openings

- Assistance with onboarding of new vendors

- Monthly Acts of Acceptance

+ Any other requests to Finance/Legal/Compliance on as needed basis

+ Research on as needed basis
