AXES Management is a partner in Russia of Kincentric, leading international HR consulting company. For more than 15 years we’re specializing in employee engagement and opinion surveys.

Job description
• Planning and delivering employee opinion surveys for large domestic and international companies
• Survey results analysis and interpretation
• Action planning design basing on the survey results
• Advising clients in the area of HR improvement

Qualification Requirements
• Work experience 2-3 years
• Degree in management, sociology, psychology (major in HR management is a preference)
• Working knowledge of business English (upper intermediate)

Professional Skills Requirements
• The ability to think analytically; the ability to collate information into reasoned arguments; the ability to manage competing priorities; the ability to manage one’s own time effectively; ability to work in a team; effective communication skills (oral, written, presentation)
• Have the ability to maintain accuracy whilst complying with deadlines
