Operations Intern / Didi

Responsibilities

Being part of the Operations team will give you the unique opportunity to help drive growth in one of the fastest growing companies ever. This analytical role calls for a combination of great analytical skills and incredible planning. You will have the opportunity to work in a tight team, where you will be part of DiDi's launch in Russia. Be prepared for a hectic, fast paced and challenging environment. Never a dull moment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Propose solutions for market necessities driven by data analysis
• Market research for ride-hailing industry information, competition analysis, local policy, etc.
• Quality assurance for new product function or feature launch
• Coordinate operations campaigns with third suppliers.
• Translate operation inefficiencies into measurable actions
• Standardize and document operation procedures
• Support team on initiatives related to analytics, planning, operations, marketing and design. Implement operation strategies for customer engagement

Requirements:

• Currently studying a University career in Economics, Engineering, Finance, Business Analytics
• 3 months to 1 year for graduation
• Proficiency level in Microsoft Excel. Data analytics tools is a plus (SQL, R, Python, and such)
• Advanced English skills
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, data driven, strong execution capacity
• Any previous work experience (internship counts as work experience)
