Responsibilities:
Support in Corporate Strategy development, including:
o Analytical tasks (market research and modeling, surveys, inter-
views)
o Developmentofstrategicinitiatives(participateinbrainstorming
sessions, implementation plan development)
o Preparationofrelevantmaterials(presentations,calculations,
models)
o Communication with Brands within the Group on strategic topics;

Participation in the Strategy Board meetings and support in materials preparation;
Strategic projects progress assessment and coordination, communica- tion with project leaders (PMO function)
Support of document flow within the Department

Requirements:
Recent graduate or last year student from top tier university;
Respective university degree: Economics / Finance / Management / Math;
Strong analytical skills, structured thinking and attention to details;
Knowledge of MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word);
Strong communication and teamwork skills;
Willingness to learn and develop professionally;
Fluent English (both oral and written), German is an advantage;
Work experience is an advantage, but not required;
Ability to work full-time
