Junior Associate (Corporate, M&A)

Requirements:

2+ years prior corporate experience in an international or a major Russian law firm;

• University degree, preferably Lomonosov Moscow State University (law department), MGIMO, MSAL, Higher School of Economics with outstanding academic qualifications;
• Superb English language skills, legal English inclusive, translation skills both to and from Russian;
• Thorough understanding of corporate values of a high-profile law firm;
• Ability to work directly and confidently with clients;
• Ability to undertake and manage complex tasks;
• Providing oral and written legal consultancy to the clients;
• Preparing of legal documents for the clients (agreements, applications and petitions to various authorities etc.);

• Drafting of memoranda, reports and surveys on legal issues, legal research
• Make legal practice researches on the wide range of issues;

• Work with a large amount of information, procedural documents, case materials;
• Excellent communication skills;

·       Ability to work under pressure, attention to details, proactive and ambitious approach, perfect spoken and written Russian, excellent interpersonal skills, resistance to high workload.
